Volunteer at Tzu Chi Free Clinic

On a one fine day, my friend Wen Yhi asking me for help at Tzu Chi free clinic. It's an urgent due to most of the Tzu Chi volunteers have rehearsal for the year end big event.
The clinic is located at Jalan Pudu which I am not that familiar, luckily Wen Yhi told we can go by car pool.. yippie.. On the sunday morning, she picked me up at 7.45am, the time we reached the clinic there's a long queue waiting by patients.
As the first time in the clinic, Wen Yhi briefly introduce the clinic organisation structure. There are 2 levels  in Tzu Chi clinic, 1 level mainly for GP, another level for chinese medicine. They have dentistry in GP floor too.
I am assigned to help in dentistry service and my work is to wash the dental instruments. haha...
Who are the patients? Most of them are Burmese refugee and some malaysian who are from low-income family. According to Wen Yhi, before the patients are entitled for free clinic (which is free doc consultation & free medicine), Tzu Chi people will have a survey on their family background.
There goes my 1st volunteer job with Tzu Chi free clinic..
