23 - Love & Light （爱与光）

七月的二十三日，星期六，是个特别的日子。在Aura-Soma里23号瓶的名字是爱与光。上层和下层虽都是粉红色。不过上层的粉红色属于玫瑰粉红。
玫瑰粉红色是非常亮丽的，活跃的，娇艳的。它的出现就让人感觉眼前一亮似的，隐隐约约散发着它的妩媚与柔情。
粉红是爱的颜色(the colour of love)。昨天，中心来了一对母女做咨商，小妹妹只有4岁，非常的可爱。她穿着用纱布做的蓝色与白色的吊带裙，头发夹着蓝色的花夹头饰。而她选的4瓶瓶子只有一瓶是有粉红色。好特别的一个孩子（因为看太多，太多小孩子都选粉红色的瓶子）。反而选了有紫红色，深紫红色，金色，白色的瓶子。听说这孩子，时时都和天使沟通。我想，我们在婴儿或孩子时期，都曾经都过着经验吧。长大了，思想变得复杂了，却失去这能力。渐渐的，我们也忘了‘他们’的存在。
跟着这对母女来的朋友们，也有兴趣做咨商。她们其实都是Jasmine在Mum Dehyana的Bali trip里认识的。来的也是母女班，其中一位女儿现有兴趣，后来她也召唤她姐姐与妈妈也做。最后连一位，唯一来看热闹的男生也被影响。
非常感恩！让我们的中心也增加了收入。在爱与光的日子，粉红色的勒性和支持着我们坚定的完成我们的目标。
所以，原本需要在中午2点就得离开的我，却只有留下来帮忙。而放了Niki和Zoey的鸽子。（我们booked 了karaoke session 庆祝Niki的生日）。只好改天再补请了。
放工后，感觉好累，不过内心是兴奋的。好像找人陪我吃晚餐，刚好GLL也在回家的路途，我们就约好吃Uptown的福建炒，因为她想吃烧鸭。
难于置信的是当我们吃完结单时，我们ordered的半只烧鸭是RM23.00，而福建炒面，滑蛋炒河与油菜也是RM23.00 （其实是RM22.90的round up）.

23 - 爱与光就存在在我们四周，当我们眼阔心广时，放下期待时，不尝试控制时，尊重感恩时，宇宙的爱与光就在我们眼前，只要我们愿意去看与感受。

A Pleasant Surprise - The Belly Dance

Yuhooo... we start our belly dancing on July again, as I mentioned in my earlier posting in The Wheel of Life blog.
This time we have a few new members joining us. The class supposed to have on every Tuesday 8.30pm and due to teacher Sherlyn was not feeling well, so she replaced it on Thursday 7.00pm. (Thursday actually is teacher rest day).
As usual, I went to the class quite 'early' was about 6.15pm. Opss.. and felt hungry :P, so I stopped by the Bakery Sri Hartamas for a quick dinner. The prices in menu are not cheap though. A simple tuna sandwich already cost RM10.00 and a normal brewed coffee is RM6.00. hahaha...
How was the food? er... ok nothing to shout about.
Ok back to our belly dance class. After I finished my dinner, was about 6.30pm (yeah... I ate quite fast). Then walk up to the centre - Catapillar studio. But... IT IS LOCKED!!
Well nevermind, I go back into my car, listening to mp3 and reading book. On and off I will keep an eye to the staircase, in case somebody is arriving. As time pass, some of the students are arriving, however teacher is not here yet and its already 7.00pm
We waitied at staircase, outside the studio. There are four of us and yet still no sign of teacher and Penny, our organiser. About ten minutes pass seven all of them arrived finally.
Penny and teacher have a short discussion then Penny asked us gather up and wanted us to give feedback to teacher Sherlyn about the replacement teacher on last June. Well, I didn't want to participate because every teacher has her own teaching style, is not fair to compare. The final decision is they wanted teacher Sherlyn to lead, if teacher is away and she will do replacement class for us.
The surprise is first the class was given FOC, to replace a class which has cancelled on last June, that is a good news to old students like us and new students too. Secondly, the fees we only need to pay for RM80.00 because there are only 2 more classes on July.
Really a pleasant surprise because I do not need to fork out RM150.00 as I have spent quite 'a lot' on this month :P

A Pleasant Surprise - The Punjabi Suit.

Today, Jasmine brought me two Punjabi clothes. I have known yesterday that she went Brikfield to shop for Punjabi suits and she has called me up to inform that me she bought me two suits as well.
This afternoon when she passed it to me, the clothes are beautiful. One suit is pure white another one is turquoise with gold.

Both suits full of nice emboidries and shining flakes. However the sizes are too big for me hahaha.. it is size 14(XL).

According to Jasmine, this is the 'smallest' size sell in the shop and most of the Punjabi people are big sizes, so the shopper bring in the sizes to accomodate them. :P

The pure white Punjabi suit is the last piece in the shop, in fact Jasmine wanted to get for me two pieces. As such she bought the turquoise with gold instead.

Besides, she also given me a tailor namecard to alter the cloths. So considerate of her.

What surprises me are that the suits are give to me as a gift! People always said surprise comes to you when you in least expectation.

I have longed to have a Punjabi suit. I remembered the last time I am wearing it was when studying form six in St Francis Institute. We have Japanese exchanged students at that time, so we have performing to welcoming the guests.

One of the performance is showing our multi-cultural in Malaysia, so we have rented the costume and I am given to perform Punjabi nationality. It is a chillies red Punjabi suit with beadings, and the size is a little too big to me. After this performing, I was never wore Punjabi suits before.

And now, I have two Punjabi suits as present. Thank you Jasmine for your generousity.

The Mirror of Forgiveness.

刚刚完成了The Mirror of Forgiveness 的CD翻译成中文版，才发现到原来要把原文100%，一字不漏的翻译成中文是有难度的。除了语法的差异，语文里的俚语也相当难以捉摸的。

这是我第一次做翻译，对自己翻译出来的作品也很满意。

The Mirror of Forgiveness，是一个教导我们用静心与冥想来做宽恕，从而让我们对世界的理解。不再把自己当个受害者的角色。
最初听这片CD时，我还得不断的重听几篇才把整个CD听完。因为CD里的解读都让我有所领悟及感动。让我频频的流下不少眼泪。当忙着处理自己的情绪时，而错过了某些解读，只好在倒带重听一篇。
人类总爱把责任推在别人身上，把自己的问题归处予别人的问题。因为这太方便了嘛。
可是当我们用什么心态来对待他人时，他人也与我们一样用同样的心态对待我们。
他人就是我们心中的一面镜子，一个我们厌恶自己并不想看到及承认的。最重要的是我们也不想让别人看到。
所以首先，我们要宽恕自己有不好的一面，而不是把它投射在别人身上，再来指责和批判他人。
要知道那些让我们感到不舒服的人，都是我们的导师，因为他们来到你的生命里让你更加了解你自己。

生日快乐，迪安娜老师。

今天七月十日，是迪安娜老师的生辰日。老师来自加拿达，嫁来马来西亚后，就住在马六甲~我的家乡。
第一次知道这位灵性导师，是买了她的其中一个作品~氛香蜡烛。蜡烛是罐装的，清香的味道让人舒服。就这样跟这老师结了个缘。
后来，加入了灵性道场的圈子，认识了几位这圈子的朋友，她们都有上过这导师的课。我对老师的认识是‘这么远，那么近’。:-)
就在今年的四月份，Ｐｅｎｎｙ带老师来参观我们的中心。也是我第一次见到老师本尊。
老师一见到我时，就给我一个拥抱。Ｊａｓｍｉｎｅ还跟老师说我父亲刚刚往生。老师还安慰了我几句。当知道我也是来自马六甲时，她很兴奋的对我说她好喜欢马六甲这地方。可是以我当时的心情，对马六甲没归属感，感觉就像失去亲爱的父亲一样～死了。
Ｊａｓｍｉｎｅ请老师吃Ｏ＇ｂｒｉａｎ三文治。还介绍老师Ａｕｒａ－Ｓｏｍａ，老师对色彩也很有兴趣。刚巧她选的４瓶有两瓶的颜色加上就是她的守护天使的颜色～Ｂ３８ＴｒａｕｂａｄｏｕｒＩＩ。
临离开我们的中心时，老师也给我一个拥抱。还对我说希望我去参加她的课程，记得当时我微微的点头。我在等待一个时机去参加老师的工作坊。
我好喜欢老师的其中一个名言：My duty is to love you, no matter what. （我的责任是爱你，不管什么）。好一个无私的爱。
今天老师的生日，受到老师给我们的祝福：
